Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Subway x Coca-Cola Lapland Trip Promotion. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at www.cocacolaep.com/company/privacy-notice and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their affiliates, agencies, and any other company associated with the promotion.

2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

3. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

4. Purchase Necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the promotion period, as this may be required for validation for the successful entrant to be confirmed and receive their prize.

Promotional Period

5. The promotion opens at 00:00 on 17/11/25 and closes at 23:59 30/11/25 inclusive.

All entries received before or after the promotion period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.

6. Multiple entries with the same receipt will be disqualified.

7. Maximum of 1 prize per person. during the promotional period.

How to Enter

8. To enter, purchase any 500ml Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke (all flavour variant included), at participating Subway outlets, scan the QR code on the in-store POS or visit www.cokesubwaywin.co.uk and select  Great Britain. Complete the online intake form, providing your details (full name, email address and postcode), and an image of your receipt. Submit all the details to confirm your entry into the prize draw for a chance to win.

9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

Prizes

10. There are 2 (two) prizes to be won in total during the promotional period:
Each winner will receive a Trip to Lapland, Finland for 2 adults (18+). The Lapland trip prize is valued at approximately £5,000.
The trip includes:
- Return economy flights from a GB airport closest to the winners home address to Rovaniemi, Finland.

Accommodation for x3 nights in a 4* hotel
- Half board package (excluding drinks)
- Private return airport transfers to and from Rovaniemi airport and the hotel included
- Winners will be responsible for their own transfers to and from the GB airport
- £300 (GBP) spending money per winner provided as a prepaid Mastercard Travel Money card
- Full details will be provided to winners upon confirmation
- The trip must be taken by 31/12/2026.

Winner Selection & Notification

11. All valid entries will be entered into a random prize draw conducted by an independent adjudicator within 7 days of the closing date.

12. Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.

13. At the request of the Promoter, the winners must provide a physical copy of their receipt as proof of purchase to claim their prize. This receipt must match the uploaded receipt image provided at entry. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

14. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a reserve entrant (the next entrant drawn at random from all valid entries).

15. Booking subject to availability and will be discussed with the winner as part of the booking and prize fulfilment. The winner may nominate a guest of their choice. The guest must be 18 years or older. The trip must be taken by 31/12/2026.

16. The winners and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize, including the necessary travel insurance and visa requirements. Winners will need to have a current and valid credit card to check-in at their hotel accommodation for security deposit purposes. The Promoter will take no responsibility for this.

17. Winner and guest will provide all requested information providing personal information necessary for ticketing and travel arrangements, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, e.g., passport, date of birth, nationality in the format requested by the travel agency who will deliver the prize and will act as an independent data controller.

18. The winner and their guest must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel to and from both the destination and the departing country. The right to refuse entry to either country is held by Passport control and countries’ authorities. The Promoter and the Prize Provider, accepts no responsibility for ensuring the winner or their guest can travel and are not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by Passport control or the countries authorities.

19. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible to abide by destination countries laws and regulations.

20. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.

21. Winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any COVID-19 requirements that may be required and set forth by the airline, hotels/accommodations, venues, or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.

22. Any changes made to the booking following confirmation will incur an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

General Information

24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

26. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

27. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

28. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

  1. Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions.
  2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
  3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
  4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

29. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

30. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

31. For the avoidance of doubt, by participating in this promotion, the entrant agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted under local law:

  1. Subway IP LLC, Franchise World Headquarters, LLC, Subway International B.V., Subway® restaurants, Subway® franchisees, the European Independent Purchasing Company Limited trading as IPC Europe, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, website providers and each of their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) have no involvement in the selection of the winner and the delivery of the prize; and
  2. The Released Parties do not assume any responsibility or lability for (i) the running of this promotion by the Promotor, and (ii) any of the matters described in clauses 28.1.1. to 28.1.4. and 29.

32. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the microsite may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

34. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed  by the courts of England & Wales who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.

35. We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

Data Protection

37. Personal data supplied for this promotion will be processed by the Promoter and/or its agents solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be retained for a maximum of 3 months after the close of the promotion for the purposes of prize fulfilment and verification, after which it will be securely deleted, unless the participant has consented to receive further marketing. Please note that we may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority.

38. Participants’ data will only be used for marketing purposes if they have expressly opted-in to receive such communications at the time of entry. Opt-ins are not required to participate in the promotion and can be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication received.
