These Terms and Conditions apply to the Subway x Coca-Cola Lapland Trip Promotion. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at www.coca-colahellenic.com/en/privacy-notice and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
1. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), including the Republic of Ireland. Excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca-Cola Europacific partners, Coca-Cola Hellenic, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

3. Internet access and a valid email address are required
4. Residents of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may enter without making a purchase by visiting the promotional website, completing their details, completing the skill -based question and submitting their entry in accordance with clause 9.
Promotional Period
5. The promotion opens from 00:00 on 17/11/25 and closes at 23:59 30/11/25 inclusive.
All entries received before or after the promotion period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.

How to Enter
8. To enter, purchase any 500ml Coca-Cola (all flavour variant included), at participating Subway outlets, scan the QR code on the in-store POS or visit www.cokesubwaywin.co.uk and select Norther Ireland or Republic of Ireland. Complete the online intake form, providing your details (full name, email address and postcode) and answer the skills based question (for ROI entrants only). Submit all the details to confirm your entry into the prize draw for a chance to win.
9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

Prizes
11. 1x winner (+1 guest), each receiving a Trip to Lapland. The prize will be awarded in the form of a £5,000 lastminute.com voucher. € equivalent of £5,000 (based on exchange rate at time of issue).
Winner Selection & Notification
12. All valid entries will be entered into a random prize draw conducted by an independent adjudicator within 7 days of the closing date.
13. Winners will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the draw.
14. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be fortified and awarded to a reserve entrant (the next entrant drawn at random from all valid entries).
15. Booking subject to availability and will be discussed with the winner as part of the booking and prize fulfilment. The winner may nominate a guest of their choice. The guest must be 18 years or older. The prize must be taken by 31/12/2026.
16. The winners and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize, including the necessary travel insurance and will need to have a current and valid credit card to check-in at their hotel accommodation for security deposit purposes. The Promoter will take no responsibility for this.
17. Winners need to be aware of the activities associated with the prize and be able to participate where relevant to enjoy the prize.
18. Winner and guest will provide all requested information providing personal information necessary for ticketing and travel arrangements, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and activities to be issued not limited to e.g., passport, date of birth, nationality, covid vaccination status in the format requested by the Promoter.
19. The winner and their guest must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel to and from both the destination and the departing country. The right to refuse entry to either country is held by Passport control and countries’ authorities. The Promoter and the Prize Provider, accepts no responsibility for ensuring the winner or their guest can travel and are not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by Passport control or the countries authorities.
20. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible to abide by destination countries laws and regulations.
21. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.
22. Winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any COVID-19 requirements that may be required and set forth by the Promotor, airline, hotels/accommodations, venues, or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.
23. Winners may be required to undergo a background check.
24. Any changes made to the booking following confirmation will incur an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
General Information
26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
28. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
29. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.
30. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
25. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

27. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the site may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the site. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. 28. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
29. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
30. We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

Data Protection
32. Personal data supplied for this promotion will be processed by the Promoter and/or its agents solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be retained for a maximum of 3 months after the close of the promotion for the purposes of prize fulfilment and verification, after which it will be securely deleted, unless the participant has consented to receive further marketing.
